We help clients put a baseline schedule for the whole project, we also update this schedule periodically based on earned value, actual cost, planned value, cost variance, schedule variance and based on what had been procured, accomplished or installed at site.

Contract Compliance

We monitor compliance with contract documents.

AHJ Permit Compliance

We monitor compliance with permits and environmental requirements.

OAC - Design - RFI Support

We lead the OAC meeting as owner representative and we brief the owner on the weekly schedule, completed items, installed items at site, procured material and equipment, lead time, expected delivery dates, final design status, submittals status, drawings status, calculations status, RFI status, RFP status, permits status, safety plans, JHA, Arcflash study, electrical and mechanical energization plans, update on the preparation for items on the three weeks lookahead schedule.

Subcontractors Schedule

We help clients put a weekly schedule and we send it to all subcontractors and stakeholders, we also follow up on the schedule during the week to mitigate any issues and to keep subcontractors on track and stakeholders updated.
